He can't jump in a helicopter willy nilly..maybe not even a car...they can be privaliged enough to disregard restrictions willy nilly though. ..so maybe they will be ok and will be able to float between properties if the going gets tough...I maybe take that back.:shrug:

I have to say I'm not really supportive of this tbh, much as I think it's Nobel and all that, they will need security or some entourage of some description. It's putting those people at risk and that's not cool.
