I don't hate him now lol but if it's true he resorted to violence then that's just wrong and it does change my opinion on him a bit. I was always taught & believed to never hit a girl (outside of basically just life depending self-defense) and I would stand by that over a lot of other immoral things.

It's not something that suddenly disgusts me about him tho assuming the girl is ok. Bear's still an entertaining houseguest tho and someone I found/continue to find entertaining and likable on TV :clap1:

We saw how volatile and vile he was in BB so it really isn't shocking to think that this is true.

Definitely accidental but very ignorant and irresponsible for an adult. But that affected my opinion on him less than this as I do believe it was a misguided accident first and foremost fwiw. This case was likely not an accident :shrug:

I could've sworn Renee had a few really awful mob stories she was a part of that were even aired on the show as well as similar threats to Bear? She had some of the nastiest personal attacks & general temper of almost anyone as well. A lot of people are so hypocritical and pick and choose when to be holier-than-thou moral about houseguests, period.

Aye, harassing people to the point of tears on a daily basis is something everyone needs and I’m sure his girlfried found it fun watching him cheat on her

He's a really fun & funny guy that never holds a grudge and sees people for their values over their flaws. He clearly viewed Renee that way despite their ongoing beef. You hardly ever see the guy ranting to others in the room about how awful this other person is even if he himself has had issues with the person. He's not flawless but he's actually heavily over-hated and has a lot of commendable qualities :clap1: And he has a lot of supporters too for good reason :clap2:

If you remember even when Renee and Aubrey went OFF on him, he didn't whine and rant and escalate the situation, he calmed himself and talked with Marnie the next day about how they didn't need to go there and get so personal. At the least he's a decent guy deep down that can be ignorant for the sake of a good laugh / good time sometimes but I don't even think he's actually very mean-spirited at his worst from what we saw.
