I don’t own one I use my phone as one though.
Basically changed my life for the better - by hitting 10k steps minimum every day (and with tracking what I eat) I’ve managed to lose 150 lbs since last Summer! |

I find it accurate for step counting not so much bothered about the cals but I've heard it can be out a bit
The female health is also very accurate, infact its pretty bang on for me personally |
