Not really. You can think that black lives matter without supporting the actions of a movement with (that aside) extremist views.

Tom4784 01-07-2020 01:11 PM

Quite typical of the right wing to consider equality an extreme ideal. They obviously think black people are not worthy of equal treatment.

I know which side I’d rather be on

Pretty much, the Right Wing are silent as the ****ing grave when you have right wing terrorism killing people but black people opposing being lynched by police officers is 'extreme'

The Right Wing complains about wearing masks but they'll wear their KKK hoods proudly.

Mystic Mock 01-07-2020 01:23 PM

Extremists/racists in certain cases were always gonna try and hijack the BLM cause, they are the minority though I personally feel.

I also don't get how the people running the Premier League can say that they can't openly support any Political Organizations or movements when they've been doing exactly that with BLM over the last couple of weeks?

tbh some former international football players here too

Ruud Gullit (whom is a person of colour) he had said: it should not be just black lives matter, but all lives matter (he said this in one of our football talk shows)

https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...-a9558276.html

but he also said this, called out to get rid of all racism in the UK

Nobody probably said it, but actions speak louder than words and, evidently, black lives clearly mean less to those in power than any other life.

I note Prince Harry did not mention United in his toe-curling bandwagon race statement today

He really must hate United and Mancs

What a privilege pig he is

No doubt Meghan supports Leeds

I find it hard to believe he never encounters racism in the Netherlands? seems a bit odd just to say one country in Europe needs to stamp it out

bots 01-07-2020 04:29 PM

not wishing to shine a light but Germany, Italy, Poland, Austria and Hungary all have significant racial issues. I'm sure I could name more if I thought about it for more than 10 seconds

Germany has grown a lot in the correct direction, being against racism, and taking down most fascism/far right groups too

PVV lost seats

FvD gained seats yes, but one party member opened up about what a mess the party is and it collapsed kinda, now Baudet is mostly rebuilding but damage has been done already, that one member got kicked out and now has got a party of his own

Nicky91 01-07-2020 04:50 PM

Hungary's government not only racist, but also homophobic, sexist

let's not forget the dictatorship within Turkey either, with vile pig Erdogan :idc:

Nicky91 01-07-2020 04:58 PM

Poland can move into good direction if Trzakowski wins second round of elections, which there is a bit more of a chance too since those who had voted for other parties than him or duda in first round are expected to vote for him now

The Judge. 02-07-2020 10:39 PM

Black lives... black lives also... matter..

Swan 03-07-2020 11:07 PM

I agree with the movement itself, especially in the US, however i don't agree with the vandalism, looting and rioting. Im not surprised companies, governing bodies and certain organisations are back-peddling a bit now.
