...well I do feel it matters because atm the reports are that it’s an ‘alleged arson attack on a property owned by his wife says Tommy...’...so we don’t know if there is any truth in the ‘ alleged attack‘ at all...it’s something we only have his word for and his word isn’t really trustworthy...going after his family cannot ever be condoned or made light of, but I’m trying to see if there’s anything to feel that it’s actually happened is all...

Yeah it doesn't make much sense atm. If they're not together why would he even go to live there? I can understand his wife and kids going, so what they're back together now? Or were they together but lived in/switched between separate properties?

Have the Police made a statement? I agree it would be a good excuse to 'get away' because anyone in their right mind wouldn't condone an attack on innocent children. If anyone would have attacked him, and him alone not many would have cared. So yeah it's actually the perfect excuse.
