Fingers crossed he asked the parents first.

Considering that Tamika Palmer, her mother, is fighting for justice, I don't think she would resent the extra exposure on the case.

You can never judge another persons grief..and it's disgusting to do so.

How about trying to use a murder victim's mother, one who is fighting hard for justice for her daughter, to try to shame people who are keeping the story alive, thus increasing the odds of Breonna's killers being brought to justice?

No one can't pretend to be considerate of Tamika Palmer's feelings when they're disregarding what she's trying to do by falsely making out that she'll be distressed by Lewis' shirt when the opposite is likely true, given that she's publically speaking out in hopes of getting justice for her daughter.

To do so would be to co-opt a mother's grief to suit their own agenda, which is pretty gross.

I'm simply saying it's not the done thing to not ask the grieving family first.

So I'm not sure why you read all that gumpf into it

He's still driving for Mercedes, then. And being sponsored by Hugo Boss.

It's just black lives that matter, then.

That’s still not what people are saying though is it

I read exactly what was written.

You tried to make out that Lewis did wrong for contributing exposure to a cause that Breonna Taylor's mother is fighting for, even after you were informed that Tamika Palmer would most likely support any efforts that help justice for Breonna come to fruition.

It's not about respecting the family's wishes, it's about trying to stop the message in it's tracks.

It's so weird when people take black lives matter to mean that only black lives matter and everyone else's is forfeit.

We will never agree on this..he did do wrong if he didnt contact the family first, it's simple courtesy.

of course Breonna's mother appreciates his gesture with this t-shirt

you do not need to contact the family first, when ur gesture is good and helping in the fight against the evil cops

Eh, I like far too many older rock stars to think people are too old for certain hairstyles

But my dad wouldn't look good with shoulder-length bleached hair, and LH doesn't look good with his cornrows

I like his cornrows
