...that’s such a great and powerful image, Swan..sorry I didn’t see it while I was posting, I get a little lost in images...it’s like he’s looking up for the last time before the apocalypse years...his world will change forever and the comfort and beauty of the city lights will become his horror and his enemy and his fight for survival...

...images say so many things, we ourselves define what they say with so many...’every picture paints a story’...which is what I love so much about them...

That's actually the theme of that picture, a dystopian like apocalypse. Quite apt in these worrying times, civil unrest, covid etc.

...yeah, what we could never ever imagine is becoming more imaginable, which is just so scary..I mean, all of the advancement of medicines etc, over all of the years...?..and the years have rolled back, we could say...to those ‘plague years’ when vaccines hadn’t yet become a notion.../...obviously I’m a bit dramatic this morning...:laugh:...

...images like that show the vulnerability of human as well...the smallness of humankind/...the largeness of the universe...we place such value on life and meanings of life etc...?...but in the grand scheme, type thing...it’s such a speck of value and meanings, not even to be visible to the human eye, I reckon...those buildings in the image will survive and thrive much longer than he will...they have much more ‘power of life and living’ than he does...

...he has already met his enemy, his sword is ready and it’s been used many times...that night when he looked up is long gone...the only direction he ever looks now is down...down to nothing comforting in his life.../...his now, forever life...

...that hand could be tiny and his image could be huge, it wouldn’t matter...it’s not the size of the hand...it’s what it gives you that you so need/...needed at that moment in time...

I love what you're seeing through these images, the stories they're telling you (of the stories you're assigning to them) I feel exactly the same.

Every image has a story, and it can be any story you wish.
