Yes the cartoons are not politically correct, yes it's a newspaper that is known for those cartoons. Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's not. But nothing will ever justify what's happening over them. Erdogan and muslim people can be mad, if anything it will make the newspaper and the French public opinion stronger.
Full support to the families that are grieving. My sister lives close to the church, and it's pretty wild out there in a city that has already been under attack in 2016. It's sad and terrible. |

As everyone knows muslim is not a race, so saying things like the cartoons were racist is blatantly false and actually very damaging to throw it around. France is a country with religious freedom, like our own, and people are allowed to make fun of religion and question it as much as they like without fear of being murdered

Charlie Hebdo makes fun of everybody, it's not specifically targeted to muslim people. Whether we like this newspaper or not, what they did is not illegal and should be allowed to continue doing so. If we were to do things that only please people or be politically correct, then we'd pretty much live in a dictatorship. |

Denver you seem to be saying that beheading people in the street in France is just revenge, yet I seem to recall you were very animated about the Manchester bombing? what is the difference? |

My only thought goes out to the LGBT community trapped in such a barbaric place. I'd like to think life is better for them now after the wars but who knows. |

Denver if your Mother was beheaded on the street, would you be saying, it's her fault? Be careful what you are saying as this could be on UK street soon, copycat attacks are very common |
[Two hours later, police in the city of Avignon - 120 miles away - shot
and killed another knifeman who reportedly threatened passersby while shouting 'Allahu Akbar', Europe1 reported.] Good this 2nd Terrorist Shot Dead https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...urch-Nice.html |
