i spent all day today in a tier 4 (Stirling) place was heaving noticed zero difference and only thought about it on way back.

there isnt any household mixing allowed indoors in tier 2 either. I feel sorry for the pubs and restaurants in tier 3, they are the most impacted. It's going to be so difficult if they dont get the Christmas/New year boost to get them through the rest of the year

Personally, i'm not affected by being in tier 3 compared to what my behaviour has been since March anyway, so if it keeps the infection rate down, i'm happy to go along with it
