I think that Clive Myrie will be great for the job, he’s an excellent newsreader and intelligent and personable, plus I think that he’ll have a good rapport with the contestants.

Yeah his newsreading skills will come in handy, being able to quickly and coherently read the Qs etc. Rapport isn't necessarily needed as in Mastermind they don't have much "banter" or anything, not until the Final anyway.

I wanted the Dark Destroyer to get the job - he's been a longtime Chaser, a former Mastermind champ, and has expressed an interest in the job.
