Nasty nasty girl

Crimson Dynamo 11-02-2021 05:19 PM

its a shame she does not make the same effort to heal the wounds she inflicted on her poor father

or indeed on our own Queen :(

nothing but a pyrrhic victory

Black Dagger 11-02-2021 05:31 PM

Her father is a ****ing ghoul.

Yes I think she will regret that and her actions when her father passes (assuming he goes before her)

She won't regret it. She didn't even ask him how he was after he had his heart attack. It's well documented that she's as cold as ice when your usefulness has passed.

All these people acting like the authority on someone else's relationship with their own father.

:laugh2:

You do realise we’re on a forum? It’s where people discuss things... this has been all over the news, it’s being discussed by people with differing opinions.. No one is acting like “the authority” :conf:

If you struggle to handle differing opinions maybe a forum isn’t a good place to be.

Shaun 11-02-2021 05:42 PM

People really need to find something important to care about

You obviously care enough to come on this thread

If you don't understand what was in the post you're responding to, why bother.

Discussing and having opinions on the news of her trial is one thing, acting like you're familiar with her and her father and their personal relationship is weird.

Continue with that all you like, but I'll comment on it, if you don't like differing opinions on that maybe a forum isn't for you.

Spot on LT...

I find it hard to have much sympathy with her father after he sold pictures prior to the wedding. Other than that, the whole affair is pretty personal as no-one really knows what goes on in families and should have been kept private by all sides. I applaud her for suing the media though, they need to be held accountable when they cross a line.

Newspapers always get sued its part and parcel of what they do and it helps them sell papers

win or lose they got the sales from the article

they could not give a tuppenny damn and never have

That's what I applaud what you've said in your last line too.

What stuns me is people actually buy these trashy publications.
No way would I insult the English language by terming them news.....papers.
People spend hundreds of pounds EACH at least every year just to buy these gutter trash publications.

So I applaud her taking them on and now winning too.

As for any sour grapes as to her action, well that's all it is
She has come out the one seemed more right and on top.
So I congratulate her.

I've no great feelings either way on Meghan Markle or Prince Harry.
I've always just wished them well.
I don't know them, and never will, just as none possibly do on here either.

She has been shown to be right in her action so again I say.
Good luck to her and to Prince Harry too.

As for this garbage paper..
Well honestly, I'd send just about all of them the same way as the News of the World was forced to go.
SCRAPPED.

Glenn. 11-02-2021 08:10 PM

So happy for her

Tom4784 11-02-2021 08:29 PM

Good for her, may those with irrational hatred towards her remain bitter and seething.

Brother Leon 11-02-2021 08:38 PM

As she should have. Good for her.

What he's done was dote on her, spoil her, brought her up mostly single - handedly, worked his butt off to send her to all the top schools in LA and support her right through university. In her blog ‘the tig’ she was always saying what a wonderful and inspirational father he was - until she met Harry.
She refused palace advice to bring Harry to meet him. Why? She outright refused to let them advise him and get him looked after when the paps were pestering him night and day, camped outside his door and following him everywhere. He stupidly resorted to letting them take some staged pics so they would leave him alone.

It’s very sad that many young people today seemingly can see nothing wrong in cutting off a parent completely and depriving them of their grand child for a wrongdoing that they contributed to in the first place. Meghan drones on about compassion, yet has none whatsoever for her aging and ill father - and no forgiveness either….and she’s admired and defended for that.

..it’s almost as if you know more of her personal life than she does

Her father was maybe wrong in the way he handled things....but Meghan does drone on about compassion and love and understanding towards others be it racial or otherwise...but her actions towards her own just family just doesn’t equate. How are people supposed to support her righteousness when she doesn’t do it herself. Practice what you preach...
