yes + USA have already loads of millions of people vaccinated, not like they need those unapproved AZ vaccine doses

pretty sure they can manage well enough with Pfizer, Moderna, J & J

they can easily afford to ship off those doses whom lay around and not being used

no excuses for US

Vanessa 03-05-2021 09:36 AM

No. I'm in the extremely vulnerable category.
So I need it.

GoldHeart 03-05-2021 09:41 AM

No because it takes more than that with these less fortunate countries. They need so many resources especially medical stuff like oxygen , which we take for granted here.

Withano 03-05-2021 09:55 AM

I already had both of mine before India’s big wave

But like

The thought didn’t even cross my mind. Not even a little. Ngl.

smudgie 03-05-2021 10:10 AM

No.

Gstar 04-05-2021 12:47 AM

Yes

Mokka 04-05-2021 04:33 AM

No.

I'm responsible for my community, the people I live with, work with, volunteer with, volunteer for. I don't care if I get covid... or perish from covid... but I could not live with being responsible for someone else getting covid and dying because I didn't make the utmost effort to stop the spread in my community.

Strictly Jake 04-05-2021 08:59 AM

Sorry but no I wouldn't. I'm eager to have mine to keep me safe in my type of work and I have a family to provide for and protect.

...these are really excellent answers......I've only skim read the thread so there are probably similar ones said by others ...

...its a complicated question in that when I said yes, I would...I totally mean it... but that yes is based on my life only..my heath, my commitments, my life experiences etc...its not a selfless or self focusing thing, that's far too simplistic and wouldn't give any accuracy...and I'm not engaging in any cognitive dissonance...we're not all in the same places in our lives so our considerations for such a question would never all be the same and our thoughts are very much reasoned ....so please don't say 'sorry', Jake...anyone else with your life...?...I would imagine would reason and have the exact same thoughts...and same response......

Amy Jade 04-05-2021 09:19 AM

Yes.

Cherie 04-05-2021 09:23 AM

the deal breaker for me is that being vaccinated cuts transmission as well as keeping friends, colleagues and family safe

Amy Jade 04-05-2021 09:29 AM

Jake, I don't know where you live but you can ring up wherever is vaccinating and ask if they have left overs daily and if you can get there they will do that for you on on that day if you are worried.

I am a volunteer at my local leisure center that's been turned into a vaccine center and yesterday night I'd say about half of the people in had rung up last minute, sadly I think doctor surgery's have struggled in some areas to get to younger patients as they are following age stages and there could just be a lot of older people where you live.

Extremely vulnerable people should have already been called up Vanessa, don't harrass your GP or anything but if you haven't try your local vaccine point, it's very likely they will have a spare and be able to fit you

Really yeah might do that thanks amy

Livia 04-05-2021 12:24 PM

No, I would not give up my vaccination. I have a duty to my loved ones.

Calderyon 04-05-2021 01:27 PM

Nope.

But I already got it though. Among others.

Its a no from me

Conzors 04-05-2021 10:17 PM

If it was solely on my health then yes I would - I don’t need it more than them I could probably fight it off if I got it again.

If based on current circumstances (freedom, normal life etc) then hell to the no, soz.
