For what it’s worth ...

A High Court judge has ruled in favour of Ms Riley - concluding Mr Sivier had "no prospect" of succeeding at a trial.


The other guy has simply won an appeal from what I can gather ..

Corbyn was never my choice for leader but could you tell me anywhere where that massive independent inquiry concluded he WAS anti Semitic himself.

actually joey, the libel case means nothing if something far worse was going on at the time

Three Court of Appeal judges ruled that his public interest defence should be assessed at a trial.





anyway ... it seems the guy won an appeal, so it is now going to trial rather than being thrown out

So now to please her we pre empt the outcome of a trial too.

I don't think England needs courts anymore.
Just make it all more kangaroos ones.
As long as we ONLY let Cons decide the outcome that is.

Interesting HE won there.

She's a brilliant mathematician.
She may well even be a genius in some way.

It doesn't stop her however of being incapable of being wrong, of not accusing people falsely, or even to not engage in hate campaigns.

In fact she set out to lead one publicly too.

Or if someone's a perceived genius, does that to some, mean they can then do what they like, as long as they are only doing so against people those some don't like.

Because that would be a very worrying society indeed.

One thankfully the courts overall still take a stand against.
