I would imagine manchester will welcome visitors its those going the other way that may find their accommodation won't accept them.
Its a bit bloody late now anyway, infection rates have been rising exponentially for weeks before this ban has come in. Any mancs that have travelled to Scotland could have already imported it. Also the rates are rising pretty quickly in London too so those 20,000 fans are at risk of becoming spreaders. |
