Oh haha, every time I mention it to freinds they look at me as if I made the plot up in the spot

What was that CBBC show in the mid-late 90s called where those two young lads flew around inside an invisible spherical shaped thing, like a big ball? Can never remember the name. :omgno:

EDIT: found it - AQUILA!

I use to watch that as a kid aswell, I don't know about you but I don't think kids shows are the same these days.

It feels like there were better programs back then .

I can actually remember the opening, it was like a weird chanting? I also don't remember it being ball shaped more like... like an egg? And it was a space ship that (I think!) had crash landed in Roman times, and maybe was found by the Romans(?) but then at some point a Roman soldier buried it... and then two 90's school kids found it... and hijinx ensued.

That's what I remember of it anyway :joker:

Wait! There are random episodes on YouTube

Amazon Women on the Moon. One of the silliest, funniest films I've ever seen.

the bad acting just added to my love of the show to be honest, It used to make me laugh how they'd add baby balling if a baby was in the scene but the baby was clearly asleep or if the dog Bob was in a scene they'd add the dog groaning when it was just laying down. I bloody loved The Tribe

It was the main reason I loved it. The production values were absolutely awful as well, it was like it was cobbled together by school kids - and loads of the cast basically WERE highschool kids with no acting experience, it was so wholesome.

The movie “City Island” with Andy Garcia and Julianna Margulies.
It never fails to crack me up, and think of crying at the same time.
An absolute classic in my opinion.
