Barcelona, Real and Juventus seem to think the Super League is still happening.

yes, they do, i think because the alternative is financial ruin and they don't want to face reality

Or maybe the PSG deal is as good as done ?

I kinda expected ManU to get involved tbh

Which "City" have ruled themselves out?

Stoke City? Hull City? Bradford City? Manchester City? Cardiff City? Leicester City? Coventry City? Chester City? York City? Birmingham City? Swansea City? Norwich City? Exeter City?

Be more specific, because being from Hull, when you say "City" I think you're talking about Hull City, because in Hull, they get called "City"

Alf 07-08-2021 11:25 AM

Maybe he'll sign for Town? or Rovers? or Wanderers?

bots 07-08-2021 12:53 PM

Messi agreed to take a 50% wage cut at Barcelona to 1m a week. I wonder how many teams out there can afford even 1m a week

michael21 07-08-2021 01:27 PM

I think he end up at spurs :cheer2:

bots 07-08-2021 01:36 PM

apparently chelsea have requested a meeting with Messi's reps, so that would shake things up

no one can

whoever signs him, will become the next club in massive debt

and as if Messi had been that great last season :laugh2: were Barca champions, umm nope, very much of a unusually weak year for them

i feel like now at Barca there is a chance for new stars to rise up without this big ego around anymore

Messi at his age would be better off to go and end his career at Newell's maybe, and afterwards join there as a first team coach

it's difficult to have any sympathy for a guy that will have no trouble getting another job and has been making mega millions for decades

No sympathy at all,if he loves the Club so much he could play for a lot less or even nothing as his sponsorships alone will still give him a great living

34 as well probably get injured in his first run out at whoever takes him
