The forum is desperate for any traction it can get at this point. You don't even have to provide a valid source for a news article anymore just create your own.

Your final sentence makes no sense

And I haven’t made up any ‘lies’
Here’s your source if you want one

She doesn’t have much luck my friend was going to see her in Wembley and the shows were called off as she had a throat issue

Adele has very loyal fans , when she had damaged her vocal cords her fans still sang outside there and posted it online to show support for her ,which was nice:love: .

Adele tickets are selling for as much as £3,000 on eBay for concerts in JULY
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275079876...MAAOSw2gVhyPsT

And I expected Adele to maybe pay a little tribute to Meat Loaf, but nothing. She must have been asleep for the past 24 hours, considering she was up for 30 the day before..

Glenn. 21-01-2022 11:07 PM

Why does whoever glib is hate Adele :umm2:

3 grand to watch a girl from slimming World sing a few songs?

That's almost a years rent to me. I know which I'd rather spend it on. Keeping a roof over my head rather than watching some ex fat girl sing, I can do that for free in many places, probably.

When you see this audience, just think to yourself, "You gullible mugs!"

Elliot 22-01-2022 09:20 AM

I could see tears. She seemed very upset to me

The Sun reports Adele quickly cancelled because her production ‘wanted a 60 strong choir, and long story short, she didn’t’

The apology was filmed from a £30,000 a night suite hotel room

Adele also apparently cancelled two shows before, in 2008 and 2011, but ‘never rescheduled these’ either

The singer must have known about the choir, who ‘auditioned last month’
I wonder whether she didn’t want them because it would cost more, or genuinely , because she wants to be alone on stage

$110

[Her residency had been abruptly cancelled
with less than 24 hours' notice on Thursday,
leaving many left fuming after shelling out
on seats reaching $12,000,
not to mention travel costs
The singer offered a free drink tokens to
the disappointed concert-goers during one call call,
before retracting her proposal due to realising they were underage
Despite ensuring ticket-holders would be
given a free gift bag from her store in Sin City,
she encouraged them to splash even more
cash on her merchandise
Inside the pop-up, the Adele-branded garments
were priced up for more than some of the $85 tickets,
with sweatshirts ranging between $90 and $110 each
In a video call to a pair of star-struck devotees,
she apologised for standing them up before
claiming she had 'bled, ******ing sweated and cried' into
preparations for her gigs]

So she hasn’t refunded them?
Instead given them a £1.50 voucher for a pint of coke ?!?
And has it been disclosed what’s in the gift bag?

Jordan. 22-01-2022 12:08 PM

Buying tickets for any event during a pandemic come with risk. She doesn't owe anyone anything.

Well she does....people bought tickets to see her perform. She didn't so she needs to refund or reschedule.

Yes
Genesis Rock Band
with Phil Collins Singing,
his son on drums.
Had the same Tech Team problem, catching Covid.

They had started their tour but had to end it early
as Sound Engineers, they needed, were off with Covid.

Chances are it will be rescheduled, I don't think Adele wants anyone to be out of pocket.

Apparently Adele randomly FaceTimed concert goers and ‘offered them drink tokens’ herself, rather than some sort of big announcement
She seemed happy enough though, as seen in this pic , despite groaning that she had ‘bled and forking sweated to get the show on the road’

A white t-shirt with ‘Adele’ plainly written on it, and already CREASED, was selling for $90 in her pop up shop

https://i-dailymail-co-uk.cdn.amppro...2860281147.jpg

She also private messages fans on Instagram to ‘apologise’, but then ENCOURAGED them to purchase her goods, with a $40 bottle of champagne being sneakily resold at $75

Source: same as Arista

Imagine saving up for this, and then using your holidays from work to go to see it, and spending all that money on travel and accommodation.

Today's stars are grotesque people. Absolute disgraceful.

When Buddy Holly toured the UK he'd do about 50 shows, one each night, with travelling to those venues inbetween.

What she's done is disgusting and should really be seen as fraud and she should go to prison for a long time for conning all those people out of their money.
