This song is weird, I couldnt actually understand what hes singing because he pronunciation isnt very good but ive looked up the lyrics and he actually doesnt sing about a "space man" at all, hes singing "space, man".
Strange lyrics/song. but his voice is good.

also what is his song about, ''i'm up in space, man'' umm being high from drugs? :umm2:

I guess that makes sense, I thought he was singing "I'm up a space man". lol. Thought maybe Tim Peake had been bottoming for him.

Australia is in Eurovision but isn’t in Europe. Eurovision not your strong suit?

I’ll give you the correct answer
Cheap programming for the BBC 3-4 hours every Saturday night once a year, and the semis on bbc4 too

I'm well aware of that, but what about the mess that is Brexit.

GoldHeart 12-03-2022 06:51 AM

Yeah I don't know why Australia is in Eurovision contest, when they're nothing to do with Europe. Strange.

because they've broadcasted the contest for over more than 40 years

and contributed to the contest many times too before their debut

Johnny Logan, Gina G, many others born in australia

can see same thing happening for Kazakhstan as well, when they've shown interest long enough, they are already in junior eurovision for last 4 years on invitation and proven to be quite popular and doing well results wise either

Well in Brexit the U.K. left the EU, not Europe  did you know what you were voting for..?

The EU and Europe are not the same thing... There are (and have always been) loads of non-EU countries in Eurovision. And as has been pointed out, even some non-European countries who just wanted in on the fun, such as Israel and Australia and (until this year...) Russia.

it's not actually. It stretches across several continents, but the majority of it is in asia with areas bordering europe

By any standard definition it is considered asian

Yes, I like it. It's the best entry we've had for years. But in the last few years the European countries have given the UK either few marks or none at all, so I don't hold out much hope of it being top 10.

Israel belongs with europe more, like they also are members within the UEFA after having gotten expelled from Asia's AFC because of being troublemakers, regarding rival clashes with Jordan, Palestine, Iran

Kazakhstan are association members, but they are eager to become full members of EBU, they are already full members of UEFA

Kazakhstan are one part in europe, another part in asia, and they can potentially take part at adult ESC via their european side broadcaster which they already use for JESC (junior eurovision)

‘Stretches across several continents’ , no it stretches across 2, Europe and Asia

The bit where most people live is in Europe
And Kaliningrad is firmly embedded in Europe

So I am free to say Russia is in Europe if I want

Nicky91 16-03-2022 07:11 AM

Sam is going to Bulgaria to record the live on tape, same as Greece's Amanda

All the kids in the family love the Norway song about giving the wolf a banana.
I like it myself.

We have drew second half and after the 2nd rehearsal we have gone 2nd favourite in some markets, we have a really strong chance of winning this year

Liam- 07-05-2022 11:50 AM

We’re not winning

This is the best chance we have had since Katrina, he won a big pre show jury vote and is performing near the top on every genuine poll and vote and he will perform in the second half and we already know how fantastic his rehearsal has gone, there is a very strong chance he wins the jury vote

Liam- 07-05-2022 12:42 PM

I genuinely don’t see anybody but Ukraine winning this year

Ukraine wants to host the contest if they win

Nicky91 07-05-2022 12:59 PM

i don't particularly care who wins, there are more important things than winning

Malta's song is my personal winner, also because of Emma fully embracing and enjoying every second of the eurovision experience

and i love how she's a Sam Ryder, Mahmood fangirl + and her becoming friends with Ireland's entry Brooke
