:worry:

Your can make square sausage yourself by simply scraping roadkill off the ground and patting it into shape with a little salt and pepper.

Are you worried Alf is telling porkies?

Why is it every time I make a pun you decide to delete it and give me an infraction?

Your ‘puns’ are crap

I've never tried a tattie scone, are they similar to a hash brown or is there quite a difference?

Alf 27-04-2022 08:33 PM

Does this guy do them correctly? because they look easy to make. I'll give them a go.

I don't get hash browns.. they're like deconstructed chips formed and refried right?... for breakfast?

Come back Nicole Arbour you're forgiven!

More than 120 firefighters tackled a huge fire at an industrial bakery in west London over night.
The blaze broke out at the site in Park Royal in the early hours of Wednesday and is under investigation by London Fire Brigade.
Smoke was seen billowing from the bakery and orange flames lit up the site on Minerva Road in the early hours.
Eleven gas cylinders were removed over fears they could explode when exposed to heat.
Most of the factory’s ground floor, as well as half of its roof, were damaged by the fire.

:worry: Alfs self fulfilling prophecy

Sausage factory fire

A barn housing tens of thousands of chickens was leveled, in what a farm spokesperson called a “tragic accident.”

According to Forsman Farms website, the farm started in 1918, and now the fourth-generation family farm sells more than three million eggs a day
Something about these maths is not working out :joker:… I can only assume that one barn burned down and they have many such barns?

Because “tens” of thousands of chickens ain’t laying 3 MILLION eggs a day.

Thus, I think the impact on the food chain is being massively exaggerated here. It can only possibly be a small percentage of their output that’s affected.

Whatever you do, don't check out what's happened to cattle in Kansas, recently. There's nothing to see there.

A few weeks ago I would agree but we have a new local butchers nearby now and the pork sausages are heavenly.

They taste gorgeous plus it’s very comforting to know what is actually in his sausages as well
