I cut down on alcohol aswell,but I think it's the exercise that I need to do more of .

You can do it. Alcohol is a good start as it's a toxin and halts fat loss as your body puts all its resources on getting rid of the toxin

I don't find really skinny People attractive. Depends how skinny.
