Surely you mean "on" the bum?

MTVN 09-07-2022 07:23 PM

We're all taking Bojo's ousting hard but there's no need for that

MTVN 09-07-2022 07:24 PM

Get better soon, make sure you look after that so it heals properly :worry:

This is why I refrain from any manual activity

I got bit bad by a dog on my knee , in a pub thought a door was a to a toilet and this raging dog flew at me , police had to drive me to my mates house to lend some knicks (new ones)and then took me to hosp for a tetanus in my bum. Typical being commando lol ~no vpl

Oh and funny thing was i had the face of Jesus on my knee for wks, if only we had mobils for photos then.

also i had no idea but the nurse lady said:

Protect your scar from sunlight.

Your scar is very sensitive to strong sunlight and can burn easily, so please try to avoid exposing your scar to the sun. You should use a very strong sunblock (SPF 30 or higher) on your scar for 18 months after the surgery/injury that caused the scar.

Yes, keep it constantly moisturised, it will help with scarring.

A good scrubbing and cleaning will be suffice.

It's because it's very American to be like "I got bit." They don't understand tenses. "I got" means you're setting up for a past tense.

MTVN 11-07-2022 08:21 AM

Bit is past tense though :suspect: I bit my tongue, that dog bit me etc.

It’s like when you ask them where something is and they say

“ it’s gonna be ...”

I remember reading an article actually written by an Irish person in America and an English person commenting on it saying Oh he's not Irish, he uses "gotten" , he's definitely American. We use gotten here in Ireland all the time
