Love Brian, I wish they'd given him bit on the side though originally, it would have suited him Better

For me Brian always sounded so scripted and was being forced to camp it up. it was rather strange, im sure he wasnt given the will to just be himself. Or maybe he just couldnt handle the pressure and cramped up every show.

AJ has stated that it’s just a rumour… I still think it’s her though.

She's responded to the claims with
'What can I say, other than it’s a rumour.' https://www.digitalspy.com/tv/realit...-host-rumours/

Brian is naturally funny in a more comfortable setting but as a live TV presenter he was like a deer in the headlights. So stiff and awkward.

BBDodge 01-02-2023 09:21 AM

AJ used the phrase "Fancy another one?" on another TV show and the tabloids, starved of BB news, have seized upon a few comments from BB fans (well, 4 of them) to suggest that AJ has the main show presenter job in the bag:

have they even started working on the house yet? I really dont see this comeback ever happening, its only a matter of time before ITV can it.

Applications are open until June, so I wouldn't expect to hear anything about a house build or launch date for a few months yet. I'd probably expect the series to start around the end of September.

They had to push the launch back to the Autumn.

To stop it from clashing with Winter LI and IAC All Stars

ITV just have so many reality TV shows. Successful ones too. I hope BB can fit into that annual schedule. Without it the others probably wouldn't even exist. At least being on ITV means it won't have the other shows scheduled against it and stealing the tabloid headlines.

she was grim, what a start that would be :joker:

Livia 08-02-2023 01:22 PM

I love AJ... and it's just as well. No one white is being employed by the main tv networks anymore.

BigAsher 12-02-2023 10:10 AM

Maya saying they are ITV crew, AJ dropping more catchphrases, why can't they just confirm it!?

Cherie 12-02-2023 10:49 AM

She looked a bit pissed last night

So: An ITV spokesperson told Politicalite: “All suggestions surrounding the host are speculation at this stage.”

Still waiting for news.

I'm sure at this point, we can confidently say it won't be Maya, because she has the love island job. I'm sure ITV would want a different presenting lineup for each show.

I personally think AJ has the job. The sun who broke the story of her being offered the gig, are pretty accurate with TV reporting, plus AJ has been pretty open that she'd love to be involved. Not forgetting the "fancy another one" quote being mentioned when she hosted the Eurovision show on BBC a couple of weeks ago.
