My son gets back from Surrey this morning so I am doing my last bits of cleaning and wrapping whilst waiting for him (and tryinh to find a playstation game that I've hidden and can't find yet), then we will walk down to the village and go get a hot chocolate from our favourite Quirky Coffee shop. Friends will pop in for gift exchanges around 6pm then we are having a cheeky takeawy, few drinks for me then bed. Tomorrow my Dad is coming for dinner....will run him home then few more cheeky drinks and the Soaps Christmas specials. I don't watch them much all year but always watch the christmas day eps

The soaps Christmas specials are amazing!

The Alastair Sim version is by far the greatest version of Scrooge ever.

Niamh. 24-12-2022 09:44 AM

The George C Scott one is my favourite

It's the one that used to be on TV all the time when I was a kid, so it's nostalgic

Zizu 24-12-2022 11:01 AM

So they all have the same songs like in the Albert Finney version ?
