My guess is that the original protest was from concerned parents and then some young scally-wag chancers saw the opportunity to cause a bit of trouble and took it.

There's nothing I've seen that shows this was specific far-right groups, apart from some media class snobs probably living in wealthy, illegal migrant free areas, saying so.

Politicians and Police got on their knees in support of those riots. Football players still get on their knees in support to this day.

Not once were those rioters labelled far-right, like the left leaning people of Knowsley have been labelled.

White people have been largely ignored. The Tories won the last election on the strength of their promise to control immigration. They have not. People have had enough... Ex squaddies sleeping on the street while new arrivals languish in hotels. It is neither reasonable nor fair. Any attempt at a conversation and everyone's a fascist.

if the government had done what they said they would, there would be zero problem. The fact that they have been all mouth and no action means that they have stirred up hatred against immigrants and have created this problem. It's time they were were called out for it

You don't know who these people were.

It could be a paid group of Pro-immigrants wanting to pin it on and infiltrate anti-immigrants to make them look bad and then use the media to push that message through their propaganda machine.

Those things do happen. It's not impossible that that's what's gone on here.

You can't just label people far-right and think that's a winning tactic to close down the conversation. Who are they? What far-right organisation are they? Where are they from? What do they want?
