I personally don't agree with stopping people from expressing themselves.

Most Drag performers don't harm anyone, of course like any community there will be the odd rotten apple, but it's not the majority of the community.

Freedom of expression should be fought for, not accepted because people don't like said group that's being banned.

That said - I'm very aware that the actual reasoning behind these bans is far from pro-woman, and that in fact, the essence of most homphobia is rooted in underlying misogyny ("to be gay = a man being woman-like = wrong", in their minds).

Blackface isn’t banned in the U.S. The First Amendment is an inalienable right. Hate speech is also permitted and protected under the First Amendment. States trying to ban freedom of expression usually end up back in the courts and said laws are usually struck down because of the United Stares constitution.

No reasonable person would suggest that someone shows up in blackface to teach children about equality though.

If that were to happen it would happen over in the US.

For some reason they see where the UK society has problems, and the Americans are like "hold my Beer."

Thinking about it the US closely followed by the UK I could see this type of scenario happening, both countries can have some weirdo Teachers.
