I get this and have the same mindset. For similar reasons to you, I do believe that some things are just meant to be, even if those things can be hard to bear. Absolutely. They can bring a sense of acceptance to a situation that we don’t like and can’t change. That, in turn, helps people feel they can move forward.

I think, sometimes, it’s not necessarily the words said that are important, but the intentions behind them, and the feeling of support they generate which often provides comfort and strength.
