I don't really have much in the way of fears.
I can have anxiety on some things and how to perhaps deal with them.

However one definitely is, put me in a room filled with daddy long legs and I would likely scream and also be frozen to the spot .
Somehow I cannot stand them.

I'd lie and say it was enclosed spaces - that's plausible and believable, and the sort of thing which could be turned into a BB task.

In truth, I love being cosy and would sleep in a coffin bed if they made them.
