She went in panic mode and was deleting alot ,and even removed her account now , but most of the tweets were already out there and shared and screenshot of course . Her apology is from a new account she's made. She was like an entirely different person in the house, someone who I was actually rooting for. It really is hugely disappointing . |
Ten years is how long most murderers get when they serve half of their life sentence ( 20 yr) ..
Maybe we should be more charitable towards her ?? When and what was the most offensive tweet ? Do we know ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
2019, the date of her last controversial post, was not 10 years ago
|
That's disappointing. I liked her.

And the most offensive tweet is gonna depend on who you are. Guessing Asian people will probably find the ones being racist towards Asian people more offensive than the ones about lesbians but.. |

If she said all that in a public forum like twitter, imagine what she's said behind closed doors.

Rest in Peace Trish x

Ah, but they’ll happily platform a man who’s spent his career scapegoating minorities on their biggest show next week, makes sense!
ITV’s handling of this is appalling. From not doing proper background checks in the first place, to now allowing one of their contestants to come out to overwhelming adoration, followed by immediate condemnation, and then pissing their pants and banning them from the spin-off show so as to really make her feel worse. All this from a channel that runs mental health campaigns and has already had two reality show deaths! The mind boggles |

Glad she wasn't on the show but they should have spoke about it for those who don't know the facts. Some people will think she was ill or something.

The casual watcher will wonder why Chanelle and not Trish. Some people will still think she is a Saint!

…anyway, I do agree, Jack…that there is accountability/questions in regard to the social media checks that their welfare package stated in their pledge to the housemates…with some of the tweets being quite recent, especially…I don’t know how social media checks work exactly…but I’m guessing that part of it would be to type in ‘key red flag’ words and then do a search/that basic…. and seriously there were so many offensive/derogatory words in those multi tweets that would have fitted the search…so yeah, really messy and so preventable…all of that though…?…can’t be changed, whatever errors or omissions etc are ‘in house’ now and can’t be changed…what can be changed, though is the here and now and going forward…for Trish’s welfare and that of her family in what she and they are now exposed to….and exposing her or them any further imo, would just be another layer that I think in itself would make her feel worse….it’s not done as a ‘ban’, it’s done as protection I would say…what benefit to Trish or anyone, to have her on the show and visually seen at what must be an extremely ‘broken’ time in her life….I mean that would seem beyond cruel for the sake of viewing figures to me… |
'trish will not be joining us this evening'........................so that's all we got
