I'll be amazed if some of the women that I'm thinking of have ever had a Boyfriend, or sex in general.

Mock I think you might be misunderstanding the use of the word "radical" to mean extreme, what you're describing sounds more like feminist extremism. Which does exist, I'm sure, but to suggest that it's concerning or pervasive in a similar way to Tate-style Redpill ideology is just really not accurate.

I would however note that it's dangerous to think of Andrew Tate as the cause. He's not the cause, he's a symptom - an opportunistic parasite who has fed on this culture for his own gain. It's a culture that was festering away on Reddit/4chan etc. when Tate was still in school getting bullied for not having any discernable chin.

e.g. I find the movie "Magnolia" (1999) fascinating these days, as Tom Cruise's character is a man doing EXACTLY the same thing as Tate (in a very pre-internet way). Andrew Tate was 13 in 1999.

Tbf, I have acknowledged that Incel behaviour is more violent, which I personally do view violence as more dangerous (nine times out of ten anyway.)

Yes but the "in" part stands for "involuntary" - the difference being that these men believe they're entitled to sex that isn't being given to them. The women aren't having sex because they want the men to **** off :joker:.

You'll also usually discover with minimal digging that often (usually) they feel that way because they've experienced assaults or general abuse from men at some point in their life. It's really, really not the same thing.

Don't get me started on the Amazon Prime ads :fist:. There isn't even a tiered system where you can pay more to remove them! I'd pay more! But they won't let me, they're just like "nah you have to have ads".

Forcing me back to the high seas, I tells ye... arrrr....

that's not true, it 299 a month to remove ads, i did it this month cause i was sick of them

Niamh. 14-03-2024 04:21 PM

You'll just have to do what we did in the olden days and use the ad breaks to have a wee or get a drink

James 14-03-2024 04:25 PM

There's a trick you can do on Netflix - don't know if it works on Amazon:

Play the whole episode in the background, then play it again, and you won't see the ads.
