you cannot insult Levi, He is a POC
|
To be honest he's a complete borefest. Same as Fern. The only one I like in that older group is Louis.

And Levi thinks his that guy from Japan who had 30 odd kids.:joker: And 7 different women? Does that mean he had long term relationships with all 7 of them at different points through his life? |
Oh and thanks for the reply Niamh.

If the stories of him not providing for his children are correct then that is a problem for me ..just for starters .. then there’s the jail time ..

Zeze not forgiving Lauren in the context of their petty, inconsequential contretemps involving the etiquette of dicing oranges and reminiscing over the life and times of a fruit salad was the act of a petulant, deluded loudmouth. making a mountain out of a mole hill by playing the victim and touting for the approval of her peers, . I have no idea why Levi has declined to forgive his father for an event that occurred a long time ago, but it is reasonable to assume that the cause was something more significant than a fruit salad disagreement. In the absence of details of the cause that alienated father from son, one may reasonably assume that it was much more than a petty quarrel. Does anyone know why Levi disowned his father? |

They probably didnt get the free handouts they wanted, he probably wanted them to make their own way in life. A bit like his father did with him. His kids sound bitter to me now they are adults. |

That's a tough one! Did his father feel that Levi would benefit from suffering the consequences of his misdeed and, therefore, mend his ways, or was it an indication of his father's indifference to what fate held in store for young Levi in jail? I suspect that most parents would wish to spare their offspring the ignominy of time in pokey. Ultimately - right or wrong - the instinct of a parent is to protect their children, a protection that Levi not unreasonably took for granted from his father. How devastated he must have been when it was withheld and he was deprived of the safety of the parental home. and sent to prison instead. No wonder he harbours a grudge. Should he relent after all this time? I don't know. To arrive at a meaningful conclusion you really had to be there. - but I stand ready to be enlightened. |

…a ‘tough love’, thing and philosophy by his father because he felt that the situation and act of Levi, himself …merited that type of extreme and that it may help to change a path that wasn’t good…?…and if continued, could impact his whole life in that course and path…?….but obviously, it sadly created a breakdown of their relationship and alienation also, even with Levi feeling that he couldn’t attend his dad’s funeral…?…but he wouldn’t be any type of hypocrite if he’s filled with regrets and sadness…that’s more like…‘don’t do/and forgive etc because it’s destructive and damaging….’…

…all I’ve read about Levi’s childhood story is that he lived with his grandparents in Jamaica when very young, while his parents came to the U.K. to work and earn enough money to bring their children here to live with them… also and they worked very hard to do that…
