Some fans are crazed but its not much different to boybands in the past needing to portray themselves as available and hetty.... and females fainting when they met them and such like...this was more a 60s thing I think..the fainting that is but maybe they didnt get out much :laugh:

**** that. Yes, one can make a truckload of money in their youth. But then on the hand, they may give up their youth to such an extent, they lose out on life... but, I can't really comment terribly much as a foreigner because maybe the alternative in SK is so dreary that pursuing the pop star career mill is more appealing than the day-to-day realities.

This is one of the main reasons why I can't get into the Idol scene.

There's too many fans within the community that believes that they own the singers, and they have a myriad of other weird beliefs over their role in an Idol singers life.

It's some bizarre stuff imo.
