Yeah, luckily the tait hall is still standing. Not much goes on there now apart from coffee mornings and blood donations. Shame really.

The drummer in Pink Floyd, Nick Mason has a band called Saucerful of Secrets - they play early Pink Floyd songs.

I was wondering if it is worth seeing them live?

did some shows
Young Cool Guitarist Tommy Bolin
then took the wrong drugs
and died just aged 25.
Dec 4th 1976


[Bolin died from an overdose of heroin and
other substances, including alcohol,
cocaine and barbiturates.
He is buried in Calvary Cemetery in
Sioux City, Iowa.]

Have you listened to Piper at the gates of dawn? That's likely to be the era he is playing from. It's very different from their later work
