I agree with you 100%.

She's showing herself to be a danger to Horses, because this is just the two incidents that we know of.

Horses are not meant to dance to music, this cretin needs to feel that whip herself,I am sick of animals being mistreated to show we have the power over them and its called entertainment !!!! time to stop ANY entertainment involving animals, all of it is abhorrent and needless,IF people need entertainment use themselves not other voiceless beings.
