Exactly, it was always played up to appeal to what the Japanese would call the Fujoshi community (a Fujoshi is a viewer that's into gay male Romances,) and that's what this Deadpool and Wolverine Movie is also doing tbh.
Some of these groups though can't handle seeing anything LGBT related it seems. |
