Struggling to understand how this could have happened, they were in a port moored near other vessels, its must be human error like Zeebrugge

The 5th body is Mike Lynch
But his daughter is the one dead body not found yet, sadly |

That arson fire killing a whole family. That guy who was murdered when someone wanted to steal his van. Jay Slater Those children stabbed to death. And these vachy deaths. That's why I treasure every day. I never take life for granted. |
An Expert Captain
Speaking from Gibraltar on SkyNewsHD Said it was very wrong to have all those 6 in the cabins below. While a Storm is going on all should be upstairs |
They now have the Daughters body
from the sunken boat So all 6 dead bodies have now been recovered. |

5 bodies were found in one cabin, and one in another cabin all in the same side it appears they moved once the ship lurched but I guess couldn't get up top ...so tragic
|
Once the boat went on it's side, they couldn't get to the door. Also, the disorientation that people get when something tips up under water would make it next to impossible to get out

[Italian prosecutors have begun an official investigation of James Cutfield, captain of the superyacht belonging to British tech magnate Mike Lynch that sank off Sicily last week, killing its owner and six others, Italian media is reporting. Being placed under investigation in Italy does not imply guilt and does not mean formal charges will necessarily follow. A 51-year old New Zealand national, Cutfield is being investigated for manslaughter and shipwreck, the dailies La Repubblica and Corriere della Sera said. While the yacht had been hit by a very sudden meteorological event, it was plausible that crimes of multiple manslaughter and causing a shipwreck through negligence had been committed, the head of the public prosecutor's office of Termini Imerese, Ambrogio Cartosio, said on Saturday.] https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ces-probe.html |
