Haha. I think she just needs some reassurance from people that she is liked because she doesn't believe in herself. Martha and Ali showed her that she is loved and it even seems like Emma has taken Lily under her wing. As you say, screaming and shouting might get you noticed, but most probably for the wrong reasons. It's so hard to get people initially but we all have first impressions. In real life you might not meet that person again, and just walk away. In reality TV you can't do that (well you can but lose the game).

I want to see her blossom and become a confident young woman. This could be life changing for her hopefully.

…yeah, it feels to me that Lily just doesn’t know how to feel her own presence in a group situation and becomes a bit overwhelmed by other people …that was easy to see when there were more serious conversations going on and her face was like that small child who was around ‘adult chat’ but didn’t understand any of it and doesn’t feel as though she can contribute…I know that the screeching isn’t great but Lily probably knows that too, which is also why her first assumption as that she won’t be liked and accepted so it’s a bit of a revolving circle, isn’t it…it’s what she instinctively does to say…hey, I’m here and I want to be part of you all…but in doing that, she knows that she can distance people because she’s ’too much’…that’s why I really didn’t like Emma’s stance and reaction to her because as an older person, I hoped that she would have been more understanding and tolerant…Ali seems though to have realised that Lily just needs a few ‘comfort blanket’ type reactions from some to help her through and it’s nice to see that happening…this is the beauty of BB and that blend of personalities…it’s not just a lily whose flower is blossoming and hopefully will continue…others are blossoming also in how they’re finding their own places in the group…

Totally agree. She's socially inexperienced it seems presently. And it's hard when you're young. Wanting to be liked. Inexperienced in certain aspects such as politics etc. At her age I was only interested in music and clubbing. Didn’t care for much else. Having lots of friends made that experience great. I don't feel she has that in her life which is why she isn't so independent in herself.

I'm not going to lie, I had the same attitudes as Emma initially, as I mentioned previously. And I'm only watching from afar for an hour or so.

I find her quite endearing now.

…and I think that’s also possibly something that Lily gets quite a bit in reaction to her over enthusiasm and high energy…I mean, it’s not easy to be around such high volume energy for long periods anyway but the housemates would also have their own struggles…it’s not that we can assume that they’re all self assured and confident just because they’re older and may be more socially experienced….but she just hasn’t yet learned any control in how she acts and reacts in experiences that are very emotionally fuelled and very exciting…I think in that group, we’re going to see some quite nurturing people and behaviour and I’m looking forward to that…

…I definitely feel that Lily is a Nikki Graham type personality who also was very divided in reactions and thoughts toward her at the beginning…first she irritated, then the audience softened…then they fell in love with her ……for me atm, that’s what I see in Lily…

|She is great full of fun. She'd be the life and soul of the party.

I do like Lily after seeing another side to her on last night's show.

I said from day one, the real Lilly will make herself known. ;)

Also, I think she hides a very shy side. Like most shy people she looks down a lot. She's fighting to be extrovert but she isn't really.

It's all an act.

Now they are all mothering her and empathising with her…

Let’s not be fooled…she could be playing a blinder here…time will tell.

This is how I see things as well. I think shes being really fake acting up the way she is. The ex media student, is the most selfish little brat I think I've seen for years on BB. Gambling away her student loan, shows her to be the fool shes hoping her hms and the voting public will be to her ridiculous act. The sobs last night were nothing more than a watered down version of her pig impersonation. Only lifting her bowed head when she managed to shed a tear to stare into the camera with.

Moaning about having no friends, no bloody wonder when you scuttle out of storage eager to be the first to burst through the door for the camera, then ignoring your new friends to head straight for the fridge.

Hand straight up for the task whilst I storage...what was the category again for the first game? Biggest gameplayer, or something.

It could be bearable and fun to watch if we hadnt seen it about 25 times before, Who's kiers starmer, indeed!
