There seems an air of "teenage crush" about the whole thing where both are afraid to admit that they fancy the other for fear that they have 'misread the signs' and are reading more into it that there is... when it is clear to all of us watching that there is indeed a strong mutual attraction. The sooner that they admit it to each other the better.

Exactly They wanted to keep it quiet as they knew everyone would presume it was a showmance Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
I don't see the chemistry, but if it brings them out more individually into the game I don't really care... the showmance itself is boring for me atm  Everything seems awkward about it.

And they acted way too bothered by Lily's nonsense, whilst drawing attention to it as welll... like a walking contradiction :joker:. |
I must say I'm looking forward to how it pans out, they are both making light of things in a humorous way. I like that side of it. I believe the feelings.
Emma always there to lighten the mood anyway. |
Looking forward to how the romance blossoms

Emma is scared she will get pushed out. I think Rosie now is different. More awkward but hopefully that changes with time.

Didn't Nathan earlier on in the series heavily imply that he was gay?
So to me this screams Showmance, but I'm up for being proven wrong. |

I think he has never liked labels. When Hanah asked him previously in the bathroom he said he just likes the person. I find it odd how it was Rosie who suggested things, had it come from Nathan himself I may have thought it was more fake but as it came from Rosie I am not sure, she seems genuine.

I think that she is a decent person don't get me wrong, but I don't believe Rosie is into Nathan. |

But yeah I agree about it feeling very faky / showmance :idc: . They both...especially Nathan keep on bringing it up, it's basically like the faulty towers joke " don't mention the war"...while proceeding to mention it  . |
…no I don’t see it as genuine, maybe I’m being a bit harsh there in that I really don’t like showmances and the airtime/highlight time they take when for me it’s always been about the dynamics of a whole group…I know that we’ve always had it through many seasons but I guess back in the day there was 24 live feed, so it didn’t feel the main focus or overly focused…but then a bit of me does think it’s genuine as well……in that they both seem to have a great connection and in the context of being in the house, maybe that can feel romantic very quickly …

It's disappointing that it's now possible, (not certain), that this series which was going really good in my view. May now descend into a showmance nonsense. Every series almost it happens and then all the highlights are and talk go on about is said ronancees/ showmances. Which just gets tedious. With the shorter series for me it's a big ugh to that and no thanks. However let's see how it goes I guess. |
Maybe Nathan just needed a good woman to sort out his feelings and along came Baked Potato
Now he is as straight as an arrow and I can see this being a very long term relationship It will be fascinating to watch the romance develop in real time :amazed: |

Like you, I will be open to it (especially if they calm the melodrama down slightly) but I'm not a fan of the start of it, I'll be honest about that. |

And you've made a good point about them feeling like that particular Faulty Towers skit.:joker: |
