Ali has called herself a lesbian. The constant (not just by you) questioning on whether she fancies men when she's specifically stated she's a lesbian is disrespectful. People don't struggle to come to terms with their sexuality only for others to invalidate it. |

Both men from a generation in which being gay was a criminal offence and then when it wasn't was still frowned upon. Many older gay men have lived secret lives married to women, fathering children, hiding away simply because it wasn't safe to be a gay man.
If Ali had inclinations to be in relationship with a man or partake in sexual activity with a man, at any point, she'd identify as bisexual or queer, or do what Nathan does and simply not put a label on it. She called herself a lesbian and there is no reason why that shouldn't be respected. If you want further education on the complexities of sexuality, I am sure there are resources out there that can help. |
Absolutely not, even if she wasn't a lesbian she'd go for a guy who isn't such a **** towards women

Don’t have a problem with Nathan not putting a label on his sexuality but and it’s a big but everything about Nathan screams out gay man From the way he dresses his mannerisms the looks he gives he’s the pouting lips The fact that it’s a game show the fact this romance came out of the blue the cringy interactions makes it perfectly reasonable to question Nathan Ali has given no indication at all that she wants a man from the house or from the outside world |

Not really the right thread but if you look last night at Ali’s reaction to being targeted she wasn’t upset she was happy because she had got a negative and nasty reaction out of three housemates in front of the whole house
Her eyes lit up, because in that moment she went from the agressor to the victim |

That's a bit of a reach, you don't know me, you dont know my age..I will tell you though, I'm from the generation that opened the door for gays to be as gay as they want. Generation x baby. |
No.
But I think Martha fancies Ali. Segun and Hanah go really well Rosie and Nathan have something, just cannot work out. |

Unless you were actually active in your Generations door opening, you can't take credit for it. If you were, that's great but it would be very at odds with some remarks you've made previously that are somewhat problematic. |
Very active in opening doors..and as a collective, a whole generation..thank us later.

@BBXX, could you quote me something I've said to make you think I'm homophobic please.

I don't know you so I'm not saying you are homophobic, but some of the comments I have read are questionable to me, that's all. |
I do think she was flattered when he joked about them kissing in the smoking room. She kept randomly bringing it up with others and carrying it on at the time. I think that bought him time as far as her taking issue with the way he naturally speaks. And I actually think Marcello knows this. I think it might be why he went to check on her after Khaled/Segun/Hanah's talk about her was exposed. But actual attraction towards him? I very much doubt it.
