Rarely do unchosen countries win. The only times they have are the 2nd edition in October 2019, and Czechia in the 10th edition last year.

Yes, that is fine. Kate and Vanessa, if you wish to take one of the remaining Big 5 countries, you can. That is if Barry doesn't choose them.
