Worst thing is, Biden will just slope off having never faced questioning on this. Free to attend all the glitz and glamour available for ex presidents.

Noncy old bastard.

Many such cases.

There is a suggestion Biden used it as a massive FU to the Dems for screwing him over the nomination

Alf 02-12-2024 04:13 PM

The thing is, if when Trump gets in, and they expose that the 2020 election was stolen (which it plainly was) then Biden will be seen as a treasonous, illegitimate President, and his pardon will hold no weight.

That's because the large majority of people (Trump voters) can actually see the reality.

Those who still take their news from the legacy media (the Blockbusters video of media) don't see it. Not awake yet.

Fair play to him, tbh.

Hate the game, not the player.

So why and hear me out on this… why didn’t they “steal” this election then…..

Because they will still think the same. It wasn’t rigged at all, just sadness really

Oliver_W 02-12-2024 08:42 PM

It's interesting how Biden's victory had five million extra votes compared to 2016 and 2024, which tipped it in his favour.

I'm not saying they were fake votes, as usual the biggest winner this time was probably Voter Apathy. But those extra votes do add fuel to speculation.

No system is flawless so pardon should be reserved for when the people are so obviously wronged it needs addressing.

…oh absolutely, systems are flawed…I probably worded that wrong because I was specifically focused on ‘presidential pardons’ such as this and this isn’t one that addresses anything other than a ‘privilege pardon’…as opposed to any of the (possibly multiple cases…)…of possible justice miscarriages with much new evidence emerging since the original conviction…they are very different beasts of pardon…

What people don't realise is if the trump administration want to go after people, pardoned or not, they will, and nothing can stop them

I doubt that the Trump Administration will care now that Biden's not running for Presidency anymore.
