There's been a load of weird rumours on social media, including that he was cut out by a mate of a mate who was local and also that he was saved by not wearing a seatbelt because he was thrown backwards

….such an horrific crash…as MTVN said, he’s alive, though…there is much for him to process through his recovery, so much for him to go through emotionally, as well as physically…but he’s able to do that because he has his life and people who love him and who will be there through his recovery journey…such a thankful thing that there was no loss of life with this horrific incident…
