she either fell or jumped from the ship and that photo is not her :

Been reading a few opinions I've come across online and people are right when they say human sex trafficking really doesn't work that way, kidnapping adult women from cruise ships from well off families, it's high risk and traffickers generally target vulnerable women in bad situations that they can groom and who don't have people they can contact to help them. It makes sense really.

…and this is also back to where I was at by the end…

Spoiler:

….with the trafficking theory it felt to me that so many of the crew could have got access to home addresses etc of passengers so if there was an intension to abduct Amy…?…then surely they would wait for a more ‘planned’ kidnapping that wasn’t so risky…with this she was gone from her room and missing in such a short window of time and bundles away so that none of the room searches found her…?…and yet, off the boat in Curacao, I think it was…?…she was openly being ‘escorted’ by two men…not concealed at all and kept hidden…?…it’s just not making sense for me…and as sad as I do think that she somehow in not feeling well…(…maybe she fainted…)…she slipped or somehow reached and went overboard into the sea…it’s the thing that makes the most logical sense for me…

Spoiler:

That the people talking about the water searching were so sure that her body or part of her body or her clothes would have washed ashore had she fallen in the water. I was thinking if she'd gone in the water her body would probably never be found

…oh that police guy from one of the islands that was explaining…

Spoiler:

…well, even though there are sharks there would be some bits of her…an arm or a leg or …?…dear Lord, please stop…we don’t need you to explain what bits could be washed up…

Yeah, that was a ridiculous thing to say I thought. I think he just wanted to say something to keep the mystery going and for his 5 minutes of fame

Spoiler:

She told her brother she wasn't feeling well, she could have gotten up on that table to be sick over the side and fell in (as the balcony barrier was high enough) or apparently neighbouring cabins said that man next door was playing loud music into the early hours, she was on the balcony so maybe she was trying to lean over into his to see what was going on and fell in or maybe it was a suicide, if you take into account, the letter "message in a bottle" to her girlfriend, the fact her parents did not accept her sexuality, the fact she had been drinking that night

Spoiler:

…I don’t think that there was anyone that wasn’t being truthful as such but I did get the feel that some of the 100% ‘sightings’ etc were people convincing themselves that they’d truly seen her and somehow she could be ‘saved’, you know…we absorb so much into our sub consciousness and then it can start to trick us into manipulating things to fit into place to an outcome we’d like…

@Ammi

Spoiler:

what did you think about Yellow's daughter's part in it? Claiming that her mother saw pictures of white women in Yellows suitcase etc? (maybe he was just a bit of a perv who liked to steal photos of young women from the cruise and that's why he didn't want to admit anything to his daughter)

Spoiler:

…yeah and didn’t she take her too/shirt off also and it was commented by her father…(…I think…)…that she might have taken it off because she felt that she might vomit and didn’t want her shirt to get anything on it…the other thing is with the drinking…?…if there was an intention to abduct Amy, then wouldn’t her brother have sensed signs of her drink being spiked with something…/some sleeping drug or something…surely that would have been an obvious thing but they had a perfectly fine conversation …waiting until she went back to the room with her brother and she was in there with three members of her family and it was then morning time is an odd time to plan an abduction…other passengers and crew are going to be up and about as well…

Spoiler:

…yeah, that’s exactly what I thought of it…that, that seemed very dodgy and actually even removing a kidnapping/abduction of Amy specifically wouldn’t mean that there still wasn’t some link to trafficking and some crew members of passenger cruise liners…

Spoiler:

Yes exactly, abducting her close to 6am is a massive risk to take, lots of people would be getting up around then especially since the ship would be docking that morning and why if she had been drugged would she decide to leave the room?

Spoiler:

…it just doesn’t seem to have logic to it, does it…the thing would have been to try to slip her away while everyone was partying and crowded…but for Amy and her brother to go back to their room and her be there until the morning/daylight and then taken…?… hmmmmm…

I've read of people going missing that way. They take pictures on the cruise, but then the pictures vanish.
I've always wondered if it was because of human trafficking. But who knows it's just bizarre.
