I can't sleep at all unless I have music playing or TV/film on pretty loud. As soon as the film ends or anything like that and the sound stops I wake straight up and can't get back to sleep.

At the moment weekdays im sleeping from 2 am till about 12-1 weekends i usually sleep till about 9 then i have to get up to go to work

I don't get enough sleep. I go to bed earlier in the week, because I get up at 6am, but at weekends, I go to bed anywhere between 1am - 3.30am.
