No it doesn't…

It's a punishment room. If Big Brother feels that a housemate has broken the rules, he will send that housemate to the punishment room (actually house). The punishment house is located on the left side of the bottom of the staircase into the house, covered by a fake wall that when slid back reveals a small staircase leading to the door. There is a loo with the door hidden on the angled wall. The Diary Room is actually the staircase that leads to the door of the punishment house.
