Even Diana predicting an assassination attempt (she wrote in a letter someone was “planning 'an accident' in my car, brake failure and serious head injury in order to make the path clear for Charles to marry.") 10 months before her death still doesn’t prove anything.
With an inherently suspicious case such as this one, it’s understandable that people will question what happened, the police’s secrecy certainly didn’t help quell any of those suspicions, but what hard facts and evidence tell us is that Diana died in an accident.
