At the bottom of the main page, there's forum stats - such as "Newest Member", "Today's Top Poster", "Total threads" and "Total posts".

I wonder how many posts there is on an average week on here? That would give us a good indication of when we are likely to hit one million.

I think 10,000 posts is the avarage.

With the high posting during the times BB on that'll bump up the average a bit but I'd still say we should be on course for getting 1 million by the end of this year.

Hmm, but it's also counting the first couple of years, and I doubt there were that many posts per day back in BB2.

That's a good point, it certainly was a lot quieter up until BB5 where there seemed to be loads more posting.I'd imagine it was very quiet when BB wasn't on during the early years but now it's always fairly busy.

There will be a flood of new members and old posters coming back in Jauary, so I think it wont be before 2008.

I think the new year would be a realistic time for us to reach it!
