I always say im going to bed now but never do until like 2 hours later.

Sometimes on school night I can't get to sleep until like 4am and then I have to be up at 6:30am.

I've had nights where I've been woken up and then won't get back to sleep until 1 hour before my alarm or radio comes on.

It does depend:
On the week it's 8 hours.
The week end....3 hours lol (I'm a party boy I can't help that)

I try to get at least 7 hours, at the moment i get just over 7, though i'm still tired.
