You could at least tell us why you hate it instead of making these threads all the time. If you just say "I hate it" people are just going to read and think "....and?", and the thread wouldn't be so meaningless.

Yes I agree, even if sometimes it's hard or boring, we would be nothing without it....no brain or no culture. It's fun actually....well until the exams haha :laugh2:

Yeah some lessons in school are fun specially food ec, its awesome cooking almost every lesson, then come the almost 2 hour long exams. Uggghh.

mutya i did back in my first year at secondary but then they just stopped going at me and i have good friends now i didnt back then

I don't mind school. Its just those god dam stupid exams! Other than that its cool. Get to see your friends like 6 hours a day, a privilige that I can't always get in the holidays.

Plus the weekends are so much sweeter than holidays in the grand scheme of things, as the weekends are just after you've been working hard!

I don't mind college right now, I'm in my last year.
There is a huge work load but I know it's going to be worth it in the end when I get into the University that I want to :)

I think the inital poster was taking about just meeting new people in general, like making friends, not necessarily lads and girls sorting out dates, etc.

Some days school is a really good laugh and other days I hate it. Today has been one of my best days of school so far. I hate the homework and coursework, but it's one of the factors in life so we should just get on with it.

i dont even know what it is myself bud i dont do it but everyday i go to school i hear i she meetin him is she meetin her and then they go out with eachother and just because i d and a few other of my friends dont do this meetin thing were called frigids

I also hate school and im in sixth form dont go there its crap and pointless

Id love to hear how you feel about working 7:30am - 5pm every single weekday, plus occasional overtime and barely any holidays for a possible fifty years =]

Homework is the least of your troubles, trust me.
Plus if you have plans to go to college/uni, the work gets ten times harder and you'll be thrown out if you don't get it done to the deadline, or end up failing your course.

In short, you have it easy...
So appreciate it whilst you can.

When I was in school I thought homework was a pain too, but if homework was my only responsibility nowadays id be thankful.
