I quite like her. I think she's trying a bit too hard to have attitude but she's right much more often that she's wrong.

Evil is extreme. I think, unintelligent, rude, disrespectful loudmouthed hot-head would suffice. I actually don't think she is deliberately copying Charley, I think she is just similar in temperament. Unfortunately, a lot of people are.
