The thing is everyone that is sent to prison is sent there because it has been found beyond all reasonable doubt guilty. No one goes because there is a good chance they did it.

Yes we should have the death penalty, prisons are full and it isn't punishment enough.
A few deaths would soon get crime levels down.
Paedophiles are the first people I would like to see get the death penalty, there is no need for them in the world.

No. In my opinion we do not have the right to decided who lives and who dies, however life should mean life not 20 years.
